We are a highly experienced outreach marketing organization dedicated to serving low income communities throughout our Nation. We recruit, train, and provide the tools that enable local community members and businesses the opportunity to earn a good income in exchange for creating awareness and assisting local low income households with obtaining access to free or discounted telephone and internet services.
Our AMBITION is to build a unified national network of outreach specialist, retailers, and community partners serving one common mission: to equipment every eligible low income household with access to telephone and internet services provided under the Federal Lifeline Program through partnerships with designated service providers.
FOCUS IS THE SECOND STEP TOWARDS
FOCUS: a central point, as of attraction, attention, or activity that one exerts time and energy.
The Lifeline Program is a federal program that provides a monthly benefit on telephone and broadband service to eligible households. The Lifeline benefit can lower or eliminate the cost of a monthly phone or internet bill and is available in every state, territory, commonwealth, and on Tribal lands. Each eligible household may receive only one Lifeline benefit.
Our FOCUS continues to be new relationship recruitment, boarding, training, and tooling; as well as, support to our growing outreach network of enrollment specialist and retailers working to help reach every eligible household throughout the low income communities we serve.
SETTING A GOAL IS THE THIRD STEP TOWARDS
GOAL: a desired result that one envisions, plans, and commits to achieve within a set timeframe.
We believe setting goals is a critical factor in achieving our perspective of success. In developing our roadmap, we have created a set of goals that is both measurable and attainable.
Our GOAL by year end 2025 is to build a unified network of outreach representatives and retailers serving the most under-represented low income areas in the largest 2000 cities across America. As we continue to build relationships that make up our network, we will train and equip our team of representatives and retailers with the tools, materials, and program access to help their local low income communities stay connected. Our desired result is to have 2000+ outreach represen and retailers working united to serve their respective low income communities.
TAKING ACTION IS THE FOURTH STEP TOWARDS
ACTION: physical or mental exertion in the process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim.
It can be easy in our fast-paced lives to take for granted basic daily conveniences most Americans have access to like the ability to dial 911 during an emergency or simply connecting to a friend or family member to talk about our day. Or in today's internet connected world, accessing online to complete a job application or pay a bill or complete homework assignments while pursuing an education. Yet still today, millions of low income American households do not have essential telephone or internet services or those that do lack the knowledge or help in obtaining a more affordable option through the Lifeline Program benefit.
Our ACTION is fueled by these facts and we work hard daily to continue the expansion of our network through recruitment of individuals and businesses that want to help with outreach and live benefit enrollment and retailers who want to be a fixture in their local community as a place to get questions answered, acquire new or replacement devices and securely transact payments when customers seek additional value beyond the Lifeline program benefit.

Our organization's central purpose is not to earn lots of money, or to receive great achievement recognition or even to be the largest organization at what we do. While these may be outcomes of our team's dedicated work, at the heart of our organization's purpose is genuinely to help others.
Our HELP spans from helping program providers reach their customers, to helping individuals and businesses earn income while joining our mission to serve at the root of it all: helping every low income household on every street in every community throughout America with a link to connect to the world around them through affordable telephone and internet services.
